What is Invictus Academy of Richmond?
Invictus Academy of Richmond is a tuition-free public charter school serving grades 7-12. We opened in the 2018-2019 school year with a founding class of 7th graders, we just graduated this Spring!
who can attend invictus academy?
As a public school, we are open to all students, regardless of income level, previous academic performance, and/or special needs. There is no tuition, entrance exam, or other admissions requirements. Parents with children currently in grades 7-12 are able to enroll their students at Invictus!

Applications for the 2024-25 school year are currently open and you can submit an application via EnrollWCC.org! We have limited seats available so be sure to get your application in today! Applications for 2025-26 will open in October.
Are students required to wear uniforms?
Yes! We think of school as a student’s job and the uniform as professional attire. For this reason, all students must wear an Invictus top— this can be a sweater or polo with our school’s seal— and black, khaki, grey, or navy bottoms.
Do you provide meals to students?
Yes, we provide ALL students breakfast and lunch completely free of charge!
